Substantial share interests
As at 31 March 2025 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 830,879,996 ordinary shares of no par value.
As at 31 March 2025, the percentage of ordinary shares that were not in public hands was 48.53%:2
1Clifford Elphick, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, is indirectly interested in these ordinary shares, representing 9.62% of the issued share capital of the Company, by virtue of his interest as a potential beneficiary in a discretionary trust, which has an indirect interest in these ordinary shares.
2This reflects the ownership of significant shareholders, and ordinary shares and share options in which non-executive directors of the Company are interested.
